Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping Information
- Processing Time: All orders for physical goods are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to prepare and package your order.
- Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are determined by weight, size, and destination country, which are calculated automatically at checkout.
- Carrier Information: We primarily use USPS, UPS, or FedEx for all our shipping.
- International Orders: We deliver to most countries. It is the responsibility of non-EU/international customers to pay the relevant duties/tariffs incurred at the port of entry.
- Tracking & Delivery: A tracking number will be provided for package follow-up once an order is shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns Window: We accept returns within 10 days of the original shipping date.
- Condition: Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all packaging and components.
- Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
- Return Authorization: You must contact us before returning anything, either for exchange or refund. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Return Shipping Cost: SweeTina Designs will not accept the costs for return shipping on orders placed incorrectly (e.g., wrong address, unwanted goods, wrong size).
